Final Submission Guidelines

Please revise your accepted paper and upload your camera-ready manuscript via the EasyChair system (http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=pacis2010). Both PDF file and source file are required for submission. For source file, please save your Word document as Rich Text Format (.rtf) and compress it as a Zip file for uploading. Late submission will not be accepted.
- General Instructions:
- Language: All manuscripts must be in English.
- Page Setup: Your paper must be formatted for A4 size portrait page setup, with a 1-inch (2.54cm) margin (top, bottom, left and right).
- Paper Length: Page limits are 12 pages for regular papers and 8 pages for poster papers, including all figures, tables, references, and the title and abstract page.
- Title Page: Each camera-ready manuscript needs to have a title page. Only the title of the paper, the information of all author(s), and the abstract should appear on the title page (first page).
- Page Numbering: For the camera-ready manuscripts, please do not include page numbers.
- Make sure your paper is formatted as required by PACIS 2010. Download the word template.
- It is important that participants maintain integrity in their submissions. Scholars submitting camera-ready manuscripts to this conference thereby attest that they have read the AIS Code of Research Conduct and that the work submitted by them is in accordance with the Code in all respects.
Papers that fail to follow the above instructions will be removed from the program and the conference proceedings without further notice.
A standard authorization form must be filled, signed and returned for each accepted paper. Only the principal co-author needs to sign. The PACIS 2010 conference assumes that the signing author have the authorization of the remaining co-authors. You can download the authorization form here (MS WORD Version, PDF Version).
Please upload the signed authorization form together with your camera-ready manuscript to the final submission system or fax it to +886-2-3366-9455 before May 25, 2010.
In order for your paper to appear in the conference program and proceedings, at least one author must register for the conference before May 25, 2010 and present the paper in the conference. Online registration is available on the conference website at http://www.pacis2010.org/registration.htm.
